Currently working as research assistant and Master student in the group. My thesis will be about developing the PRotein PHarmacology Evaluation Tool (PROPHET), estimating potential side effects of new drug candidates via docking to an array of pharmacologically relevant proteins.
Education:
October 2024 - now: M.Sc. in Neuroscience and research assistant in the QuantBioLab, working on a small molecule inhibitor of the Cytochrome bd-I oxidase and PROPHET.
October 2020 - March 2024 : Physics Engineering and Medicine at University Oldenburg, Thesis on : AlphaFold-Driven Modeling of Cytochrome bd-I in E. coli: A Structural Approach to Antibiotic Design
