Last week, on November 24-26th, a part of our group went to Oldenburg, to meet with some of our collaborators and discuss recent work and developments on the magnetic compass in migratory birds.
This was a great opportunity for us to discuss our work with both experimental biologists (molecular biology, behavioural biology, etc.) from Oldenburg, as well as physical chemists from Oxford. We also got a tour of the different experimental facilities at the campus!
